The BAUER CENTERSTAR 9000 is a prime example of a fully automated irrigation system that will consistently do its job without any help. The CENTERSTAR consists of a stationary central tower with an also stationary power and water supply. The full potential of the CENTERSTAR is realized on square fields without obstacles. In this scenario, the system offers impressively low purchase costs with maximum space utilization.

The pivot systems from BAUER are considered the most robust and durable on the market. They are also known for standing up to the fiercest winds. This is due in part to their low center of gravity, which considerably increases their stability. Plus, the frame construction uses generously dimensioned profiles to make it heavier and more stable. The result is an absolutely solid frame structure that is immune to torsional bending. A BAUER pivot always keeps everything in balance.

In many countries, sugarcane is a key agricultural crop – and it comes with demanding requirements. With the specially developed Bauer Sugarcane Pivot, we offer the ideal solution for maximum yields and robust performance under the toughest conditions.

High Clearance, Strong Construction
Standing approximately 4 meters tall, the pivot moves effortlessly over mature sugarcane without damaging the plants. Its durable design, large tires (16.9x24), and smart features like driveshaft protection ensure reliable operation even in dense fields.

Long-Lasting & Vinasse-Resistant
A major advantage: the system is vinasse-compatible. In the Polystar version, HDPE lining protects internal piping from corrosion – even at temperatures up to 60 °C – ensuring long service life.

	Precise and reliable Tower coupling The sturdy drive tower coupling, free from play, with ball and socket perfectly compensates for extreme slopes. Mounted on the outside of the pipe, it does not restrict the cross-section of the mainline pipe, thereby ensuring optimum water flow without pressure loss. The weather, UV and ozone-resistant hose collar facilitates large angles.
	Patented by BAUER Alignment control BAUER is the only manufacturer to offer a control lever that is mounted directly above the swivel point of the flexible joint. Any torsion in the pipe has no influence on the control; the entire system is kept stress-free. Optimum adjustment of switching brackets with precision bearings of the control cams ensures precise movement transmission. Precise drive tower control system leads to a long product lifespan.

BAUER low-pressure systems can be operated at a connection pressure of less than 3 bar. This requires less work from the pump, which also improves cost-efficiency. BAUER systems are designed to supply a pressure of 1.1 bar at the end of the system (or 1 bar in the case of pressure reducing valves). Depending on the length and pipe friction losses, a pressure of 1.5 – 4 bar is sufficient at the connection point. Our pivot and linear systems impress with a uniform droplet size and balanced water distribution: The water is regularly distributed over the entire field area and can penetrate deep down to the roots of the plants. Irrigation close to the ground avoids puddles and creates the optimal conditions for uninterrupted growth and a reliable harvest. The pressure required for operation of the system is directly related to the efficiency of the irrigation system. With low-pressure irrigation systems, optimal water quantities can be spread across the field very cost-efficiently. BAUER systems operate with extremely high reliability and are unaffected by external factors such as soil, climate or crops.
