Full Hydraulic Control
Hydraulic actuation controls the trolley lift, turntable rotation, drawbar lift, and telescopic stabiliser feet — all powered from the tractor hydraulic circuit via rapid couplings.
Every major positioning adjustment is made from the tractor cab without leaving the seat, dramatically reducing setup time and physical effort at each irrigation move.

4-Speed Gearbox & Turbine
A water-powered turbine is flanged directly onto a 4-speed gearbox with a built-in by-pass valve, providing four selectable hose retrieval speeds.
Four distinct travel speeds allow precise application rate control across different crop types and soil conditions, while the by-pass valve protects the drive system from pressure spikes.
Speed Equalizer & Tachometer
A speed equalizer maintains consistent hose retrieval speed throughout the reel wind-in cycle, paired with a tachometer for real-time speed monitoring.
Consistent travel speed from start to finish ensures uniform water application depth across the entire run length, eliminating over- or under-irrigated zones.
Dual Raingun Nozzle Sets
Two complete nozzle sets are included — REFLEX raingun nozzles from Ø24 to Ø32 mm and EXPLORER raingun nozzles from Ø28 to Ø40 mm.
A wide nozzle range covering both rainguns gives operators the flexibility to adapt throw diameter and flow rate to match available pressure, crop height, and field size without purchasing additional accessories.
Galvanised Raingun Trolley
The raingun trolley is hot-dip galvanised and mounted on variable track wheels to accommodate different hose widths and field surfaces.
Variable track adjustment ensures stable raingun positioning across uneven terrain, while galvanised construction resists corrosion for long-term durability in wet operating conditions.
Hot Galvanised Chassis & Reel
Both the main chassis and hose reel are constructed from hot-dip galvanised steel, with safety guards additionally swaged, galvanised, and painted.
Multi-layer corrosion protection on all primary structural components significantly extends service life in demanding outdoor environments, reducing long-term maintenance and replacement costs.
Galvanised Double Water Inlet
A galvanised double water inlet is fitted to allow flexible connection from either side of the machine.
The dual-side inlet means the machine can be positioned and connected to the mainline from whichever direction is most practical in the field, saving repositioning time.
Premium Polyethylene Hose
The lay-flat or hard hose is manufactured from unadulterated virgin polyethylene raw material with no recycled content.
Virgin-grade PE ensures consistent wall thickness, pressure rating, and flexibility over the hose's service life, reducing the risk of premature cracking or burst failures in the field.
Tractor Hydraulic Integration
The entire hydraulic system connects to the tractor via standard rapid-coupling fittings, with a power take-off drive for the turbine.
Rapid-coupling hydraulic connections mean the machine can be hitched and operational in minutes with any compatible tractor, minimising downtime between paddock moves.
Heavy-Duty Tyres
The machine runs on two 11.5/80-15.3 12PR 6F rated tyres for field transport and positioning.
High-ply-rated agricultural tyres provide the load capacity and ground clearance needed to tow the fully loaded irrigator across soft or uneven paddock ground without bogging or tyre damage.
