    Features

Just like its famous predecessor, the robust ICC2 is a value-packed, light-to-midsize commercial irrigation controller that delivers more than you expect. Designed to control larger projects up to 54 stations, it offers two sensor inputs and advanced water savings with built-in flow monitoring.

The ICC2 Controller offers control for three different types of output connections, up to 54 stations plus a master valve. It can also host conventional, two-wire, and wireless outputs to stations in the field, all in the same installation.

Any two of its four automatic programs can run simultaneously, providing flexible and efficient watering options. In addition, the ICC2 facepack and station output modules are backward compatible to original ICC Controllers with upgrade kits available for supporting legacy systems.

Secure, cloud-based control and monitoring are available via mobile-friendly Centralus Irrigation Management Software. Choose among three connectivity methods for a variety of applications (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and 4G LTE Cellular).

To simplify system management, the ICC2 Controller comes prewired for remote control with Hunter ROAM and ROAM XL Remotes. Available in plastic outdoor wall mount, metal outdoor wall mount, stainless steel wall mount, or plastic pedestal configurations, this versatile controller also has built-in Solar Sync® Sensor and flow monitoring logic for automatic water savings.

    Key Benefits

4 independent irrigation programs (8 start times each) allow for customised scheduling
2 sensor inputs available for dedicated flow sensor (HFS) and weather sensor (Clik or Solar Sync) connections
Backward compatibility to original ICC Controllers allows for quick updates to older systems
Forward compatibility with HCC Controllers and Hydrawise® Software using convenient upgrade kit
12-hour maximum station run times provide flexibility for low-flow zones
Any 2 programs can operate simultaneously, providing more efficient watering
1 P/MV output for pump start relay and master valve activation
Compatible with EZ Decoder System two-wire and Wireless Valve Link outputs in the same installation

    Advanced Features

By adding a Solar Sync™ to your Hunter controller, it transforms into a smart controller using local weather conditions to tailor watering schedules to actual conditions on the site. A Hunter controller with Solar Sync has been independently proven to have a detailed list of water saving features and has been approved by the EPA as a WaterSense Smart Watering Controller. EPA WaterSense logo
A manual back-up utility that stores complete controller scheduling and setup information in back-up memory.
Allows any program to be started manually by simply pressing and holding the right arrow key.
The Programmable Rain Delay feature enables a user-specified number of days to keep the controller in the OFF mode, following a local rain storm. This will prevent watering during inclement weather, and reverts to automatic scheduled irrigation once the delay period elapses.

The QuickCheck feature makes field wiring issues easy to assess with the push of a button. QuickCheck displays an ERR message when a field wiring short is detected on a particular station number.

This feature offers protection against unreliable power, retaining current time, date, and program data.

Automatic short circuit protection is a feature found in all Hunter AC powered controllers. This feature automatically detects electrical faults, which are typically caused by wiring issues. Only affected stations are skipped, allowing all other stations to water normally as programmed.

This feature allows for quick adjustment to irrigation run times based on seasonal weather conditions.

Global: The Global option provides a Seasonal Adjustment percentage to all station Run Times on all of the controller's Programs.

Daily: With the addition of a Solar Sync ET Sensor, the controller has the ability to automatically implement daily adjustments based on measured local weather.

This water-saving feature allows the operator to specify a maximum cycle time for each station, followed by a minimum soak time, to prevent runoff from slopes or saturated soil. The operator can enter any run time, and the controller will automatically divide it into cycles to allow the water to be absorbed during the soak periods. The feature is adjustable for each individual station or Block of stations for unique soil and site conditions.
Users can program a delay between stations as the controller advances from one station to the next. This delay can range from a few seconds (to permit slow-closing valves additional time to close) to a much longer period of time (to allow pressure tanks time to recharge), based on user requirements.

This calculates the total duration of a program, based on all of its station run times. This can be used to calculate the end time of a program.
